Product Packaging Information

  • Many of our reading pillows, wedge pillows, backrest pillows, lounge pillows, and comfort products may be shipped using vacuum-compressed packaging.
  • This packaging method helps protect the product during transportation, reduce shipping size, improve handling efficiency, and help the item arrive securely.
  • Vacuum-compressed packaging is normal for many foam and oversized comfort products and does not indicate product damage.

Unboxing Instructions

When opening your package, please follow these instructions:

  • Carefully remove the product from the shipping box, avoiding sharp objects directly against the fabric, foam, zipper, or seams.
  • Remove plastic packaging carefully and keep all packaging materials away from children and pets.
  • Place the product on a clean, flat, and well-ventilated surface, and allow it to expand naturally before regular use.
  • For best results, we recommend opening vacuum-compressed products within 7 days of delivery.

Foam Expansion Process

Memory foam, shredded foam, and other compressed pillow materials require time to fully expand after unpacking:

  • Initial expansion: Usually begins within a few hours after opening.
  • Full expansion and optimal firmness: May take approximately 24–48 hours, depending on room temperature, product size, foam type, and time spent in compressed packaging.
  • A mild odor may occasionally be present after opening due to compression, which is temporary and typically improves after airing out the product in a well-ventilated room.

Product Care Instructions

Proper care helps maintain product comfort, appearance, and long-term usability. Always review any product-specific care label included with your item.

  • General Care: Keep the product in a clean, dry indoor environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, open flames, heaters, or high heat sources. Use the product only for its intended household comfort purpose.
  • Removable Covers: If your product includes a removable cover, follow the attached care label (typically machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, avoid bleach, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat). Ensure the cover is fully dry before reuse.
  • Foam Inserts: Foam inserts should not be machine washed, placed in a dryer, soaked, or exposed to high heat. If cleaning is needed, gently spot clean the affected area using a damp cloth and mild soap, and allow it to fully air dry before reuse.

  • Fire & Heat Safety: Keep products away from open flames, fireplaces, heaters, stoves, radiators, or heating devices. Do not expose foam materials to excessive heat or heated tools.
  • Allergy & Sensitivity Notice: If skin irritation, discomfort, or sensitivity to materials or packaging odors occurs, stop using the product immediately, air it out, or consult a qualified professional.

Product Appearance & Variations

Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, packaging, compression, lighting, and digital display settings (including slight differences in color tone, firmness, texture, stitching, or dimensions). Small variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.

Storage Recommendations

If storing your product, keep it in a cool, dry indoor location away from excessive humidity, direct sunlight, and high heat. Avoid long-term compression after the product has expanded, and ensure it is clean and fully dry before storage.
